Items purchases online or by phone may be returned or exchanged by mail or at any Quiksilver/Roxy retail store within 365 days.
For a full refund returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.
Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name and address or they will not be accepted.
Returns in store without a receipt will be issued a merchandise credit at the current selling price of the product.
Women's swimwear must be unworn with tags and sanitary liner attached.
Shipping & Handling fees and Gift Wrap are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.

Returns By Mail

Mail returns require 10-12 business days to process.
Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
